If you wish to return any item acquired from New Horizons Scientific within 30 days of purchase, please call, fax or email our Customer Service Department stating the reason for the return.

Before returning the item we will issue a return authorization and can advise you on the best method for return shipment. Always include your purchase order number and our invoice number with all correspondence. Unless we have made an error on your order, return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returned goods must be in good condition and able to be resold.

Merchandise returned after 30 days of invoice date may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
