Product Description
pH is the measure of the concentration of hydrogen ions in a solution.
As this concentration can extend over several orders of magnitude, it
is convenient to express it by means of logarithms of base ten. Certain
pigments change color with a change in pH. In this experiment
we will extract pigments from various sources and determine if they
are sensitivie to changes in pH. Suitable for AP Chemistry.
